HAB Home Intelligence, LLC (aka HAB) offers a 30 day return policy unless specifically stated otherwise in the item listing.
The compatibility of any item is the purchaser’s responsibility. If you have any questions regarding a product or its compatibility, please visit the manufacturer’s website or email support@myiblinds.com before purchasing.
Products returned must be in the exact condition as at the time of purchase, and must include original packaging, all documentation, and accessories. Returns on products missing parts or accessories will be accepted only at the discretion of HAB and charges may be applied for any missing accessories or parts.
HAB cannot accept any product return without the purchaser first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us at support@myiblinds.com to receive your RMA number before shipping.
All returns must be labeled with an RMA number to ensure proper credit. DO NOT write directly on the product as it must be in resalable condition or HAB will not accept it. The customer is responsible for shipping charges from the customer to HAB offices. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
All non-damaged merchandise returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the issue at hand which will be determined by HAB. Physically damaged, abused, or misused products are not eligible for return.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days for any merchandise unless an extended warranty period as stated in the listing or purchased.
